I worked for 10 years w/ Accenture, a Global Professional Services and Technology firm. In this role (s), I led valuation efforts in the consulting and business outsourcing space worldwide. In addition, I spent considerable time w/ Fiserv.HQ in Atlanta in a merger integration role where he led efforts to uncover synergy and realize value resulting from large merger acquisition ($100MM) that completely reorganized the company. Numerous business appraisals and value calculations have completed in this industry as well for my clients.

Franchise Operations

I have considerable knowledge of the Distributed Ownership Model (Concept <->Business Enterprise <->Real Property). Extensive experience with companies like Arby's Restaurant Group writing business valuation proposals for Executive Steering Committee members is the foundation from which I entered this area of expertise. Numerous business appraisals and value calculations have completed in this industry as well**.

Financial Services and Real Estate

Finally I held position of Vice President of Finance and Business Development w/ Homebanc Mortgage company. Here I was responsible for growth, ROI/capital and IT operations. Brad also led the strategic planning group and acquisition process for American Safety Insurance here in Atlanta. Numerous business appraisals and value calculations have completed in this industry as well**.
